I know many of you have been waiting for a report on Challenge Sunday for Give Love Away 2009.

How did we do?, you ask.

What was the total?, you query.

Exactly what are we going to have in the way of resources for Spring Hill, Rock Rest, the Home and Auto Repair teams and to upfit Kid City?, you wonder.

Well, I am here with.....

Sort of an answer.

Not a complete one, mind you.

Not complete? you say, a little deflated.

Well, here's the deal. People give online. People miss Challenge Sunday and give the next week. Or the next.

So, in a sense, Give Love Away 2009 is not over. You can still get in on the action.

But I will tell you this.

The early returns show that you did it again, Next Level. Exceeded expectations. Stepped up big. Gave love away.

Our prayer was for an unprecedented unleashing of generosity and that prayer was answered.
