- I want you to see God at work in other people's lives through your service
- I want your faith to be increased when you pray that God will come through and he does
- I want you to experience God serving you even as you serve others
- I want you to gain friends that pray with you and for you to accomplish God-sized goals
- I want your joy to increase when you see God's faithfulness
- I want you to know that you have a place in God's plan to save the world
- I want you to know that you belong to your church and that it's your home
- I want you to feel like the church's mission is your own
- I want you to want to serve with passion knowing that you're salvation doesn't depend on it, but when you are faithful and obedient to God, it radically changes your relationship with God. And although he used to seem distant and cold, you can now see Him working in the tiniest details of life. Because no job is too mundane to bring glory to God if it is done with passionate obedience and excellence to the King who has already served us so well.
