We'd been out to an incredible barbecue restaurant and we all felt we had to 'work it off'.
It may have been a healthy choice, but it was an interesting impulse because it was a little bit shame-based.
When we experience something great we immediately feel we need to make up for it by paying for it in some way.
But the fact is that God is all about us experiencing legitimate pleasure here on earth, as a precursor to the unending pleasure all who know Him will experience for eternity!
